Hailing the verdict, R R Patil said a decision to shift Kasab outside would be taken on Friday.
“We will take a decision on whether to keep him here (Mumbai) or shift him outside, on Friday,” Patil told reporters, soon after the death penalty was announced.
The home minister said that the state government will also appeal the acquittals of two Indian co-accused Fahim Ansari and Sabauddin Ahmed in the High Court.
