Amar started the scoring for Palangada thirteen minute into the game, with Mohan equalising for Mukkatira three minutes later.

Amar scored again four minutes into the second half and then completed his hat-trick in the 47th minute.

Poonacha pulled one back for Mukkatira in the 58th minute, but Ajay sealed the win with a goal eight minutes later. In the third-place play-off Nellamakkada blanked Koothanda 4-0.
