Review petition urged against committee's report

In his letter to the AP government, T Ekambaram of the company termed the committee report as ‘misleading.’ As a result of misrepresentation of facts in the report, the Supreme Court allowed Obulapuram Mining Company to resume mining in the undisputed area and erection of fence as per 1975 map, he alleged. He also alleged that the committee followed the inter-State boundary as per the 1975 topo sheet of the Survey of India, which was never accepted by both Karnataka and AP. The committee should have used the Bellary RF map for this purpose, he argued.
