Last Updated 22 May 2010, 16:31 IST

Jeev’s two-day total stands at one-under 139 with Atwal a stroke adrift at 140. Jeev struck a couple of birdies against a lone bogey in the front nine to make the turn at one-under.
His backward journey turned out be better as he picked up birdies on the 13th, 15th and 16th holes before dropping a shot on the 17th hole.

At the top of the leaderboard was American Cameron Backman (61) while Blake Adams (64) shared the lead at 10-under 130.

Chowrasia makes cut
At Wentworth in England, SSP Chowrasia slipped down nine rungs to tied 12th with a two-over 73 in the second round but was the lone Indian left in fray after Shiv Kapur and Jyoti Randhawa missed the cut at the BMW PGA Championship. At the top, England’s Luke Donald (68) took the sole lead with a total of six-under 136.
