Godrej Consumer to acquire Issue Group

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (GCPL) has entered into “an agreement to acquire a 100 per cent stake in Laboratoria Cuenca, Consell SA, Issue Uruguay and Issue Brazil, ” the FMCG major said in a statement.
