Addressing the audience during a free meditation camp in Kodava Samja Hall on Thursday, he propagated that a man who does not pray can never escape from problems. “I have studied the gist of every religion from philosophical and scientific viewpoint and I have realised that there is only one god. We can’t change the power of god by changing his name just the way how the taste of water does not change by changing its name,” said Ram Singhji.

Further, he added that religious leaders preach ‘Guru Manthra’ to their pupils like any other teachers, but it is up to the listeners to accept or decline it. But definitely, the problems could be solved by following ‘Guru Manthra’. “God is one. We must realise that he is Jesus for Christians, Allah for Muslims, Rama or Krishna for Hindus and likewise, he is called in different names, but we are all the children of the same god,” he said.

He stressed the need for having self confidence. He also laid emphasis on humanity and called it as the basic quality that one must possess. “There is no greater service than rendering help to the needies and responding to others sufferings,” he informed.

Ram Rahim Singhji received a warm welcome by the citizens of the town. People from various places of Coorg participated in the meditation workshop. High security was provided to Swamiji in Madikeri.
