JOIN USAddressing a press conference, he charged that Mantri Developers has created bogus documents related to its Mantri Tranquil project at Gubbalal at Uttarahalli Hobli in Bangalore South constituency.
However, the allegations were categorically denied by the Mantri Developers. Nagaraju released some photo copies of the documents claimed to have been given to him by the assistant revenue officer of Uttarahalli sub division. The official has stated that khatha has not been issued till June 23 to the property where the Tranquil project has been built.
Mantri Developers Vice President (Liaison) of Kiran Kumar maintained that the BBMP has given the company Khatha and they have nothing to play.
“We are a professional company and have been in real estate development for more than a decade in Bangalore. Our records are all clear. We have deposited all taxes owed by us and even the taxes paid by the customers, via cheques to the relevant authorities. We can assure that there have been no irregularities from our end and none of the customers will be affected,” said Kiran Kumar.
