Lessons in road safety

As part of the initiative, children from the Malleswaram (13th Cross) Government High School were educated on road safety, the dos and the don’ts and traffic rules in general on Tuesday. Officials from TWO interacted with the children of the school with informative presentations and a movie titled ‘Tsunami’, which talks about the ill-effects of negligence on roads, various rights and wrongs, et al was also screened.

They also released an interactive book on the same titled ‘Road Safety Education Programme, Road Safety - Book of Facts’ which was donated to the police by TKM. About 1.5 lakh copies of this book will be distributed to students across the City.
