The matter related to violation of court orders regarding issuance of Mineral Dispatch Permits (MDP) and forest licenses to the mining company, MSPL to lift iron ore from Vyasarayanakere in Hospet taluk.
S P Raju, Deputy Director of Mines and Geology Department, Hospet, T V Srinivasan, Assistant Conservator of Forests, Hospet and Sathyanarayana, Range Forest Officer incurred the wrath of the High Court.
