Fabien Clerc, community manager for India and Vietnam (World Economic Forum) met the Chief Minister in Bangalore on Thursday and extended a formal invitation. The Chief Minister has agreed to attend the conference.
The annual meeting will be held between September 13 and 15. The meeting’s theme is sustainable growth. As many as 1,000 leaders from business, government and civil society will attend the summit. It will also focus on increasing energy efficiency, lower carbon emissions and develop green technology and infrastructure.
