Police said the LPG at Ashwathappa’s home was leaking and it caught fire from a burning mosquito coil. Ashwathappa sustained injuries in the mishap.
Man stabbed to death
Faiyaz Pasha (45) of Old Guddadahalli, was stabbed to death in Chamarajpet area on Thursday night. According to Sohail, a relative of Pasha, he and Pasha were waiting for an auto to get home after work. Two unknown people grabbed Pasha’s neck and one of them attacked him with a knife. Faiyaz died in a hospital. Police said they are looking into the matter.
