Synd Bank's special home, gold loans

For loans above Rs20 lakh it will charge base rate + 0.25 per cent during first two years, base rate + 0.75 per cent from 3rd to 5th year and from 6th year onwards base rate + 1.25 per cent subject to maximum of 10.50 per cent.

It is also offering special discounts in processing and documentation charges. Customers need to pay service charges of Rs 900 per lakh with cap of Rs 15,000 for loans upto Rs 50 lakh and above Rs 50 lakh Rs 25,000 flat will be charged. This offer is valid upto March 31, 2011.

The gold loans ‘syndswarna’ (priority sector) and ‘syndswarna express’ (non-priority sector) is available on attractive terms. It has increased scale of finance to Rs 1,300 per gram on all jewels and Rs 1,350 per gram on hallmarked gold.
