<p>Two more back-to-back thefts from two other government departments housed in MS Building has no doubt raised serious questions about the security in the complex.<br /><br />The first incident of its kind came to light when a LCD monitor went missing from the legal cell of the Transport Department on July 22. As per a complaint filed by Muniveera Reddy, Joint Commissioner (Administration), the monitor which costs around Rs 6,000 was stolen after office hours. <br /><br />In the second incident, which took place in the office of Directorate of Economics and Statistics on August 23, a CPU and 17-inch LCD monitor was stolen. According to the complainant V Muniraju, the stolen computer was used in e-governance programme and was under the supervision of first division assistant Savitha.<br /><br />In the third incident, a computer monitor was reportedly stolen from the PDM section of the Department of Women and Child Welfare. According to the complaint filed by D M Shivkumar, Joint Director (Administration), the incident was noticed on August 26.</p>
