JOIN USFlores had filed a lawsuit accusing the 'Toxic' hitmaker of sexual harassment and child abuse. He claimed that Spears repeatedly exposed herself to him and beat her two sons with his belt.
But Federeline, a former back-up dancer who is the father of Spears' two young sons said the allegations were baseless and motivated by money, reported TMZ.com.
Federeline has custody of Sean Preston, four, and Jayden James, three, but Spears has substantial visitation rights.
Federeline's lawyer Mark Kaplan said Flores's claims were looked into before he filed the lawsuit."Federeline is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives. They are as baseless as they seem," said the lawyer.He insisted Federeline would have stepped in already if he believed the children were in danger.
