JOIN USTotal Hypermarket and Mall, a retail venture of Jubilant Retail, has announced a special initiative called ‘Total Express — You Shop, We Drop’.
Everyday, shoppers will be dropped from Total, Sarjapur Road for free. The ‘You Shop, We Drop’ initiative provides the shoppers at Total, Sarjapur Road a special shuttle service that drops them via a pre-designated route. The bus with Total’s branding has a service staff who helps to load and unload the shopping bags.
This special bus plies on a pre-designated route to drop shoppers from Total, Sarjapur Road. The drops are scheduled from 11 am to 9 pm at regular intervals of one hour 15 minutes from Total, Sarjapur Road-Domino’s Pizza-Sarjapura Ring Road-Sun City- Shobha Apartment-Bellandur Park-Outer Ring Road-Innovative Multiplex-Domino’s Pizza and back to Total, Sarjapur Road.
“This is a distinct initiative taken by us, going a step ahead in customer service, offering shoppers a free drop, giving her the freedom from the hassles of travelling in public buses and auto-rickshaws. Our interactions with them revealed that such a service will be a welcome drive and a step ahead in the joys of retail therapy,” said Dinesh Malpani, Customer Care Associate and CEO, Jubilant Retail.
Some of the customers were happy to share a few words of appreciation. A regular shopper at Total, Shiv said, “This is a good service. It is a boon against auto drivers demanding Rs 40 for just one km when they see us with shopping bags.”
Another shopper Rajeshwari said, “I am impressed with the service. It is helpful for housewives like me who cannot drive and have to depend on my husband to commute.”
