The ‘You Shop, We Drop’ initiative provides the shoppers at Total, Sarjapur Road a special shuttle service that drops them via a pre-designated route. The bus with Total’s branding has a service staff who helps to load and unload the shopping bags. <br /><br />This special bus plies on a pre-designated route to drop shoppers from Total, Sarjapur Road. The drops are scheduled from 11 am to 9 pm at regular intervals of one hour 15 minutes from Total, Sarjapur Road-Domino’s Pizza-Sarjapura Ring Road-Sun City- Shobha Apartment-Bellandur Park-Outer Ring Road-Innovative Multiplex-Domino’s Pizza and back to Total, Sarjapur Road. <br /><br />“This is a distinct initiative taken by us, going a step ahead in customer service, offering shoppers a free drop, giving her the freedom from the hassles of travelling in public buses and auto-rickshaws. Our interactions with them revealed that such a service will be a welcome drive and a step ahead in the joys of retail therapy,” said Dinesh Malpani, Customer Care Associate and CEO, Jubilant Retail. <br /><br />Some of the customers were happy to share a few words of appreciation. A regular shopper at Total, Shiv said, “This is a good service. It is a boon against auto drivers demanding Rs 40 for just one km when they see us with shopping bags.”<br /><br />Another shopper Rajeshwari said, “I am impressed with the service.
