Pregnant woman, foetus survive fall from third floor

Sun Yanqing, a 20-year-old migrant worker in Changchun city in China's Jilin province, jumped off a building that had caught fire, along with her 23-year-old husband, last week, state-run Xinhua reported.

The two jumped out of a window in the corridor of the building in a bid to escape the blaze.
The couple were in tears when doctors at a nearby hospital told them that the foetus was still healthy.
