Training camp for SC/STs held

Speaking at the inauguration of a special training camp on ‘Economic development of Scheduled Castes and Tribes, Co-operative Unions’ here on Tuesday, he said that importance should be given to the functioning of union, rather than just opening it.

Involvement

Advising the participants to involve themselves in the activities of the union, Krishnaiah said that co-operative unions should join to the mainstream.

Appreciating co-operative unions, Co-operative Education Officer D Eraiah said that the unions were also performing as educational institutions.

District Co-operative Union president, G Madivalappa, C M Parashivamurthy, Krishnadas, Kumaraswamy, Shivaswamy and others were present on the occasion.
