State to withdraw affiliation to college

 
Appearing before Justice S Abdul Nazeer, he submitted that the order appears to be controversial and the State is ready to withdraw it.

Justice Nazeer directed to file an affidavit in this regard and adjourned the matter.
The petitioner GCIM has moved the High Court seeking direction to Bangalore University to include its name in the seat matrix and conduct counselling for admission of students for certain PG courses.

Based on local inquiry committee report and opinion of academic council and syndicate members, the State Government on June 21, 2009, had recommended for affiliation of the institute, for which the varsity had refused.
