At 66.9%, US voter turnout is lower than India's

While the fate of the US hangs on a thread till all the votes have been counted, the country's voter turnout falls short when compared to the Asian countries that have voted in the recent past. For this year's presidential election, US registered the highest voter turnout in 120 years yet it ranked seven at 66.9% out of the top 10 Asian countries. Indonesia topped the rank with 82.4% voter turnout in its 2019 elections.
