भाजपा जानती है कि लोकसभा चुनाव में दिल्ली की सभी सीटों पर उसकी करारी हार होगी, इसीलिए जनता से पहले से ही बदला ले रही है। अध्यादेश के नाम पर ये जनादेश की हत्या है।
