<p>New Delhi: An <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/ifs">Indian Foreign Services (IFS)</a> officer ended his life by jumping from the fourth floor of a building in the Chanakyapuri area here on Friday, a police officer said.</p><p>Police confirmed the death and said no foul play was suspected.
