Girl dies after swallowing tablet in AP

A ten-year-old girl student of a local school in Secunderabad died on Saturday after she allegedly swallowed a pill distributed by school authorities, police said.

The deceased, identified as Khushboo, was a fifth grader at the Marwari Hindi Pathasala, they said.

According to school authorities, the girl complained of some uneasiness after swallowing the tablet. Khushboo was then rushed to a private hospital where she was declared dead.
