<div>A young officer of the Intelligence Bureau was killed by insurgents in South Garo hills in Meghalaya.<br /><br />Official sources said the officer, who is a new recruit in the rank of an Inspector, was kidnapped along with another person in South Garo hills when militants intercepted a Tata Sumo vehicle yesterday.<br /><br />His body was found today, the official said.
