Spoorthy, daughter of Mahadeva, was playing at her residence when a cobra entered the house.
The family’s pet cat tried to chase the snake away. Unaware of the situation, the child picked up the cat to play with it, and the cobra bit her, according to police. Spoorthy died while being shifting to Vani Vilas Hospital in Bangalore.
