<p>Bengaluru: A brief verbal scuffle erupted at the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) meeting after Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar made a comment on Belagavi, according to multiple sources.</p>.<p>Apparently, Shivakumar was underlining the importance of ministers taking initiative on constructing new party offices in districts.
