"This aims to ensure quicker access to e-khata through a variety of initiatives," he said.</p>.<p>Byatarayanapura MLA and Revenue Minister Krishna Byre Gowda inaugurated the mela on Sunday, alongside Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar.</p>
