A meeting to remember

During his visit to Brazil to promote the movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine that will release in India this month, Hollywood star Hugh Jackman made a quick stop in Sao Paulo to meet the famous soccer player Ronaldo (also known as The Phenomenon), who is showing Wolverine-like healing powers in his third comeback to competitive soccer.
The meeting took place at the club of Ronaldo’s new team, Corinthians, which recently won the Regional Championship. Talking further about the rendezvous, Jackman says, “It was a memorable and friendly meeting.” Of course the men had something for each other too. Ronaldo gave Jackman a t-shirt of his team specially created for him, with an ‘X’ on the back, in place of the soccer player number. While Jackman gave Ronaldo a t-shirt saying ‘I´m indestructible’.
Followed by the meeting, Jackman watched the team training and spoke to the fans who were at the stadium.      According to an official note released by the club, Jackman followed the heat of other players before the encounter with The Phenomenon. Then the two chatted in the locker room for a few minutes, and reports said that Jackman praised Ronaldo for his return. Well after the short but sweet visit, the Wolverine man headed to Rio de Janeiro.
