<p>Bengaluru: Preparations are in full swing at the Yelahanka Air Force Station ahead of Aero India, with real-time traffic monitoring, multi-layered security, improved bus connectivity, and comprehensive waste management measures in place.</p>.<p>According to an official government release, approach roads to the venue have been widened, and separate entry and exit points have been designated to avoid traffic congestion.</p>.<p>To facilitate smoother transport, AC Volvo shuttle buses will be made available from key locations, including Hebbal, Majestic, Shivajinagar, ITPL, Infosys Campus (Electronics City), Banashankari TTMC, Kengeri, Orion Mall (Rajajinagar), and Vijayanagar TTMC to the air force station.</p>.<p>"Red drone zones have been designated and published, with countermeasures in place to tackle unauthorised drone activity. Rapid Mobile Units will be deployed strategically to provide quick assistance and emergency support," read the release.<br> <br>The vast event area will be monitored 24/7, with disaster management and fire safety teams on standby. The ministry has also placed restrictions on flight movements around the location to enhance security.</p>.<p><strong>Visitor experience</strong></p>.<p>To improve the experience for delegates and visitors, authorities have introduced expanded exhibition halls with improved ventilation. Besides, they have also arranged additional seating and rest areas, extra food courts, including Indira canteens in parking areas, and improved signages and navigation aids.</p>.<p>Authorities have also set up more medical aid stations, ATM kiosks, and lost-and-found counters, besides 100+ electric karts for convenient movement within the exhibition areas.</p>.<p><strong>Digital support</strong></p>.<p>To avoid network disruptions, telecom service providers will set up temporary mobile towers and network boosters. A dedicated mobile application will provide live updates and navigation assistance within the venue.</p>
