On May 29, the fair will feature a pre-counselling guidance session for the Common Entrance Test (CET) candidates and those who had appeared for the Under Graduate Entrance Test conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K).
On first day
After a formal inauguration by Deccan Herald Editor K N Tilak Kumar at 9.30 am, the first day will have COMED-K Executive Secretary S Kumar speak on “Managing COMED-K and medical / dental science,” Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) administrative officer S P Kulkarni and KEA PRO Narsimhamurthy on “Managing the CET challenge” and Banjara Academy chairman Dr Ali Khwaja will speak on “General Counselling.”
On Sunday, at 10 am, Sa-Mudra Foundation founder managing director Prof Radhakrishna will speak on “Career Know How.” At 11 am, Veterinary College Dean, Prof S Yathiraj will talk about “Opportunities in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry.”
A talk on “Opportunities in the Aviation sector” by Hindustan Aviation Academy executive director, Air Cmdre Dominic Mathew and a lecture on “Opportunities in Management” by Niam Centre for Analytics & Research Excellence, Ms Tanu Niwas, will follow.

Students could also look out for tips on careers such as Animation, Fine Arts, Banking, Architecture, Media, Communication, Fashion Design, Bio-Technology, Travel and Tourism, Computer Science, Hotel management and Performing Arts besides GRE, GMAT and IIT-JEE coaching.
