Holy Week is time for spiritual introspection: Archbishop

Bengaluru: Archbishop of Bengaluru, Most Rev Peter Machado, said that the Holy Week is a sacred time for spiritual introspection and transformation.

He delivered this message during the Holy Week at St Mark’s Cathedral in the city. He urged people to build resilience and inner strength, and to show sympathy and compassion for others, even in the face of hurt.

He called upon everyone to spread peace and compassion through prayer, fasting, and acts of charity.

The gathering was organised by the National Issues and Ecumenical Relations Committee.
