Jet stir: 20 flights cancelled

Sources said the flights that were affected included 10 arrivals and 10 departures, primarily those to Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and Kolkata. However, Jet Lite and ATR72 flights operated normally.

Jet officials at the international airport said passengers whose flights were cancelled were accommodated in alternate flights of other airlines. Passengers were informed about the cancellations through a text message.
Sources also added that a few passengers who sought a refund were promptly paid back at the Jet Airways counter in the airport.
