With 50% discount, Karnataka govt nets Rs 106 crore in traffic fines

Bengaluru: The 50% discount on pending traffic e-challans yielded well over Rs 106 crore during the 19-day period. 

Between August 23 and September 14, a total of 3,86,173 cases were settled, netting Rs 106 crore, according to the Bengaluru Traffic Police.
