BJP's Annsaheb Jolle files nomination from Chikkodi

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Chikkodi Parliamentary Constituency Annasaheb Jolle filed his nomination papers on Wednesday.

He submitted his nomination papers to Returning Officer and Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Dr K V Rajendra.

Former deputy chief minister and MLA K S Eshwarappa, MLAs Shashikala Jolle, P Rajeev, Duryodhan Aihole, MLC Mahantesh Kavatgimath, former MLA Sanjay Patil and other leaders accompanied Jolle upto the Returning Officer’s office in the premises of the Mini Vidhan Soudha in the town.

MLA Umesh Katti and former MP Ramesh Katti who was also aspirant for the party candidature were absent.
