‘Mosaru kudike’ and Ganesh Chathurthi should not be observed in highly populated and traffic places. Organisations should take prior permission before organising such programmes. The organisers should discuss with police officials before erecting pendal for mosarkudike. The poles should be erected only after police personnel visit and inspect the spot. Moreover, prior information must be provided to the police on the procession.

Processions should be concluded within speculative period. Loud speakers should not be used after 10 pm. The use of DJ set or high volume speakers are banned. The ‘vesha’ should not incite any religious feelings. The performers should not demand money from the public. One has to follow the guidelines provided by the police during procession. Organisers will be held responsible for not following the guidelines.
