<p>The Governor on Monday appointed five advocates as district judges through direct recruitment under Karnataka Judicial Service (Recruitment) Rules, 2004 and Amended Rules, 2011.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The five judges appointed are Vijayakumar Malasiddappa Anandashetti, K S Bharath Kumar, Ravi M R, Nerale Veerabhadraiah Bhavani and Nerale Veerabhadraiah Vijay. <br /><br />The High Court of Karnataka has transferred officers of the Judicial Department in the cadre of District Judges, John Michael D’Cunha as the Registrar General of High Court and B A Patil as the Registrar (Vigilance) of the High Court.</p>
