Kumaraswamy visited the Gram Panchayat office near Melur. After breakfast, he listened to the grievances of the people in the villages.
“We were waiting for his arrival since morning, as he is visiting the village after a long time. Kumaraswamy promised to look into our problems at the earliest,” said JD(S) workers.
MLA K P Bachegowda, Venkatashivareddy, District Superintendent of Police T D Pawar, JD(S) district unit president M Rajanna, Melur Gram Panchayat president K S Manjunath, several GP members and others were present on the occasion.
