<p>Belagavi: Cabinet Minister Shivanand Patil said that there was nothing wrong in Chief Minister Siddaramaiah continuing for the next term too. </p><p>Patil was speaking to reporters here on Monday. "There was nothing wrong in a few ministers stating that Siddaramaiah will continue for the next term too as the CM," he said. "I cannot predict the future, but the decision for Siddaramaiah to continue or getting replaced be taken by the Congress Legislature Party and high command,” he added.</p><p>To a query on leadership change change, he said, "I was unaware of the reasons and feel that its being discussed as media has been asking several questions."</p>.Speculation rife as Ayanur calls on DK Shivakumar, Somashekar meets Siddaramaiah. <p>"This year sugarcane crushing across the state will be lesser than the previous year. We are expecting to cross 5 lakh metric ton crushing this year. As there was drought during the previous year, yield has affected and crushing will be affected. Next year we expect to cross the crushing target," he said.</p><p>He further stated, "Some of the sugar factories have cleared farmers dues upto 80 per cent and some upto 75 per cent. A section of them have cleared between 55 per cent to 60 per cent. We hope all dues will be cleared soon.</p><p>There are about 72 sugar factories across the state, the minister added. "Earlier they had been using analogue scales for weighing sugarcane and now have replaced them with digital scales. We have decided to install weighing scales in sugar factories. In first phase two mobile weighing scales will be installed and five to six will be installed in sugar factories on availability of space," Patil said.</p>
