PSI dies while on duty at station

K A Adeppa (50), the in-charge police sub-inspector at Urigam station collapsed on his table at the station, while on duty. The personnel immediately shifted him to the general hospital. However, Adeppa failed to respond to the medical intervention and breathed last during the course of treatment. The body was brought to his home in the town after a post mortem. Adeppa, a native of Ronuru in Srinivaspur hobli is survived by a wife and two children.Superintendent of Police Devajyothi Rai, Deputy Superintendent of Police K B Kudachi, personnel of all the police stations and people from all walks of life paid their last respects to the departed soul.
