We aim to build a state where growth is just, opportunity is universal, and governance is deeply human," Siddaramaiah said.</p><p>On the 1,000-day agenda is achieving full digital and financial inclusion of women, transforming every taluk into a Skill District, doubling the area under organic farming, expanding early warning systems to all vulnerable regions and making Karnataka the country's most-efficient service delivery state.</p>.At NITI Aayog meet, Stalin calls for 50% share in central taxes as CMs make their demands.<p>Siddaramaiah also listed out challenges India faces in becoming a developed nation by 2047. </p><p>"The real challenge is ensuring equitable development," he said. "The journey to 2047 cannot be purely economic, it must also be socially harmonious and constitutionally anchored."</p><p>Siddaramaiah said "rising polarisation, exclusionary narratives, and erosion of trust in institutions weaken the very foundations of our Republic". </p><p>He told the NITI Aayog that commitment towards "pluralism, justice, and the rule of law" must be reaffirmed.</p>
