<p>Bengaluru: In collaboration with the Food Safety and Drug Administration Department and the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), a special statewide drive was conducted on August 1 and 2 to collect milk samples from both government and private sources. As part of this initiative, 870 milk food samples were collected and sent for quality analysis to the Food Safety Laboratory and KMF Laboratory.</p>.<p>The primary objective of this initiative was to detect adulteration, ensure hygienic handling, and assess compliance with FSSAI standards.
