Teachers plan rally on February 16

»The Karnataka State Primary School Teachers’ Association will take out a rally in Benglauru on February 16 to place a number of their demands before the government. Association president Narayanaswamy said their demands include immediate completion of teachers’ transfer process and timely promotions. The government should constitute a new pension committee, implement its recommendations and offer a revised pension payment to retired staff, he demanded.
