Rangasthala Mangaluru will organise Yakshagana play ‘Raja Yayati - Gadayuddha- Raktaratri’, to be performed by senior artistes of Tenkutittu and Badagutittu, at Town Hall in the city on March 16 at 9.30 pm.
Addressing reporters here, on Monday, Rangasthala Mangaluru Founder
President Sadashiva Nellimar said the amount collected from the sale of tickets would be utilised towards the welfare of ailing senior Yakshagana artistes.
Sunkadakatte Yakshagana Mela senior artiste Koltiga Narayana Gowda will be felicitated on the occasion, he added.
Rangasthala Mangaluru President Dinesh, Secretary Keshava Hegde, members A S Bhat and S L Nayak were present.
