<p>New Delhi: As <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/arvind-kejriwal">Arvind Kejriwal</a> called a meeting of his party's MLAs in Punjab following the Delhi rout, former Punjab Deputy Chief Minister and senior MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa on Monday claimed that a large number of AAP MLAs will leave the party and the state may see a mid-term poll.</p><p>Following AAP's defeat in Delhi on Saturday, a number of Congress leaders have been claiming that AAP will find it difficult to sustain its government. Kejriwal has called a meeting of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and other MLAs, including ministers, here on Tuesday, amid speculation about internal dissent in the party's state unit.</p><p>AAP had deployed its Punjab MLAs in various parts of the capital during election campaigning and AAP sources claimed that in Tuesday's meeting, Kejriwal would seek their feedback on what went wrong with the party in the elections.</p>.Days after Delhi rout, Kejriwal to meet CM Mann, Punjab AAP MLAs on Tuesday.<p>Randhawa told reporters, "he had said that 'if I am corrupt, don't vote for me'. Now Delhiites have put their stamp and Kejriwal has lost badly. One supremo says that no one is honest except him, his deputy CM (Manish Sisodia) lost, his jail minister lost."</p><p>"Several of their MLAs are in contact with different parties. They will fall in such a manner and a number of people will leave the party. I would like to urge the High Command that we desist from taking their MLAs and ministers," Randhawa, who said.</p><p>On reports that AAP MLAs were in touch with the BJP, Randhawa said Mann has been in touch with Delhi for long.</p><p>"If they are in touch with them, I think Punjab will be harmed in the future...If a few leaders go to the BJP then there will be bypolls. Bhagwant Mann has no control. So it is likely that there will be mid-term polls. If they (AAP MLAs) go, they will come in the Congress because the BJP has no future in Punjab," Randhawa said.</p>.<p>Last month, Randhawa had held a press conference with Congress Treasurer Ajay Maken alleging that the Mann government in Punjab was indulging in anti-national activities in Punjab.</p><p>In the 2022 Assembly polls, AAP had bagged 92 out of 117 seats by defeating incumbent Congress, which could win only 18 seats. Akali Dal won three seats while BJP had won two seats.</p>
