After Arbaaz Khan, another Bollywood personality, Sajid Khan, has been summoned by the Thane police in the IPL betting case.
The Anti-Extortion Cell of the Crime Branch-CID of the Thane Police issued a summons to Sajid, who is a director, actor, scriptwriter and TV show host.
Sajid is the brother of veteran choreographer and reality show judge Farah Khan.
During interrogation, bookie Sonu Jalan alias Sonu Malad alias Sonu Batla, had said the 47-year-old Sajid was among those who used to bet on IPL matches through him.
Sajid has directed films such as Heyy Babyy, Himmatwala and the Housefull series.
The interrogation of Arbaaz Khan has thrown up many names of Bollywood personalities involved in betting.
