UP's Prayagraj partially submerged as rivers swell; see pics

Water levels of the River Ganga and River Yamuna continue to swell in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj and have submerged the low-lying areas around the Sangam Ghat and the roads surrounding it forcing people to flee to safe places.
