Uttar Pradesh ATS uncovers major terror module, arrests 2 terrorists

Anti Terrorist Squad of the Uttar Pradesh Police uncovered a major terror module and arrested two terrorists linked with al-Qaeda's Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind in Kakori area on July 11. “Cache of arms, explosive materials were recovered from terrorists. Prime terrorists associated with the module were planning suicide bomb attacks before August 15 in crowded places of Lucknow,” said UP ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar.
