A few had failed to renew their trade licenses. Some had not paid property and water taxes. One shop was sealed by the officials.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The Commissioner said that notices had been served to the owners to pay pending dues within a week. They were also warned of initiating strict action if they fail to pay dues. The raid by the MCC officials would continue once a week. All business establishments need to review their trade licenses before February 28 for the year 2019-20 by paying the required fee, Nazeer said.</p>
