Issuing notices to the registrar general of the high court, personal secretary to the chief justice as well as the newly appointed Lokayukta, retired justice R A Mehta to explain their stand in the Lokayukta case, the high court also wanted to know who ordered the leak.
The next hearing of the Gujarat Lokayukta case has been scheduled for September 21.
On August 25, Governor Beniwal appointed Justice R A Mehta as the state Lokayukta bypassing the state government.
