Yogi to speak at 11 rallies in 2 days

Hindutva leader and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will address 11 rallies to campaign for the upcoming Assembly elections. Out of 11 places, six will be those constituencies where the BJP has fielded Muslim candidates.

Yogi will be in Rajasthan on November 26-27 and later will also address rallies on December 1 and December 2. Onkar Singh Lakhawat, convener of the tour committee of BJP leaders for campaigning said, "In a day or two we should be able to give a clear picture." Sources in the BJP revealed that most of the places he is visiting has a sizeable population of Muslim voters.
On November 26, he will address rallies at Makrana, Fatehpur, Ratangarh, Dungargarh, Pokhran (Jaisalmer). The next day, on November 27, he will address rallies at Tijara, Nagar, Malakhera, Ramgarh, Thangazi and Jalsu.
According to Lakhawat, Yogi will campaign in the Mewat region (Alwar and Bharatpur). The region became infamous after repeated mob lynching incidents which created a deep divide between the two communities.
Rahul to start from Ajmer, Pushkar shrines
Congress chief Rahul Gandhi will also address three rallies in Rajasthan on November 26. Gandhi's rallies will be in Ajmer, Jalore and Jodhpur. He will visit Ajmer Dargah and Pushkar shrine and will later head towards Jaisalmer.
Rajasthan will go to polls on December 7. Around 2,294 candidates will contest the Assembly elections. The results will be declared on December 11.
