<p class="bodytext">Pressure mounted on Maurishka Park Apartment Owners’ Association with 17 apartment owners demanding restoration of power supply to the flat of the couple Shantaram Prabhu and Veena Prabhu.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Damodar Shenoy, a relative of the couple, told <span class="italic">DH</span> that 17 owners had submitted a letter expressing their dismay with the owners’ association for disconnecting power supply to the flat as the couple had failed to pay maintenance fee in advance.</p>.<p class="bodytext">“The association should have resolved the issue amicably instead of resorting to the inhumane act of disconnecting power and back-up generator supply to the middle-aged couple’s flat,” opined, a member who had signed the letter.</p>
